Live at the Bike and Me

Well, it's official - I am the new regular co-host for Live at the Bike. For those not familiar, it is a 3-hour program aired on the internet Mon-Fri from 7pm-10pm Pacific Standard Time. It's not a show about tournament poker, this is live, cash game poker with, at times, ten of thousands of dollars at stake. For those interested, you can catch a 15 minute preview on the site nightly at 7pm. You can catch the entire show and watch all the shows in the archives for a subscription fee of $14.95. And lastly, you can watch an individual episode for $2.95. At present, I will be on Tuesdays thru Friday, with Monday having regular guest commentators, such as Scott Huff, formerly of the Cardplayer's The Circuit. Stay tuned for more! (UPDATE: as of April 2007, Live at Bike is no longer broadcasting. For info, visit PokerNetCast.com or read about it in the twoplustwo poker forums.)

Monday’s Live at the Bike

Well, the Live at the Bike went pretty well last night. I enjoyed myself and look forward to the rest of the week. I was gonna post something yesterday about 9/11 and the fifth anniversay and all, but it's still a wee-bit to close to my heart at the moment. I am sort of collecting some thoughts on the last five years, bookended by 9/11 and it's fifth anniversay. I may decide to share them at another time, but for now, I will keep that fire inside...

Try to catch the Live at the Bike tonight. Some Heads-up No-Limit for some serious cash. Should be fun!

Me and Live at the Bike…

I will be subbing in the entire week (Sept 11-Sept 15) for David Tuchman at Live at the Bike. For those who don't know http://www.liveatthebike.com is on M-F 7p-10p Pacific Time and streams real, live, high stakes cash games over the internet. It's based at the Bicycle Casino in Bell Gardens California. Bart Hanson and David Tuchman are the main commentators for the program. I have become somewhat of a third guy, fill-in when one of them is out. David got a gig doing the colour commentary for the UK High Stakes Poker show and is heading out to London to film. Live at the Bike is mostly a subscription program now, although the first 30 minutes is always broadcast free. The subscription is only $14.95/month and is well worth it. I am very excited about being able to do a whole week with Bart and it should be loads of fun. Tune in if you can or subscribe and really come along for the ride.... Bostin
